What strength training means here
Strength training is not bodybuilding templates from social media. It is progressive overload with clean technique — squats, hinges, presses, pulls — scaled to your level. Jack programmes for functional strength, muscle gain, joint health, and confidence on the gym floor.
Most heavy barbell work happens at a gym with racks and platforms. Condo and outdoor sessions use dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight progressions when that fits your week.

Gym strength training in Pattaya
Pattaya has international-style clubs and focused weight rooms. Jack works with several partner gyms — day passes arranged, no lock-in to one facility. You get racks, barbells, dumbbells, and cables for proper load progression.
See the full gym personal training guide for day passes, areas served, and session format. For a directory of local facilities, Pattaya Gym lists options across the city.
Strength without a full gym
Not every session needs a barbell. Condo training works for maintenance blocks, deload weeks, or clients who travel often. Jack brings portable equipment. Heavy max-effort work still belongs in a gym when possible.
How programmes are structured
- Assessment — movement quality, injury history, training age, goals.
- Foundation block — technique and consistent volume.
- Progression — load, reps, or complexity added week to week.
- Reassessment — every 4–6 weeks; programme adjusted to life and recovery.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes (45 and 90 available). Frequency is usually 2–4× per week depending on recovery and goals.
Strength training across Pattaya areas
Clients train in Central Pattaya, Jomtien, Pratumnak, and Naklua. Jack picks gyms or meets at your condo based on where you actually live — not a single fixed location.
